About the ~ Layers Revealed ~ Theme:

 

How do we think of layers? Cloud layers, layers of paint, patches on an old sweater. Layers of color, layers of snow, a layered cake. Things piled up or laminated, stratified or nuanced. Use your imagination to come up with something that involves the idea of layering—abstract, literal, or dreamlike.

For this themed members' show, artists are encouraged to create artwork that shows light and shadows, hidden depths, secrets both humorous and profound, offering viewers an opportunity to imagine what layering means.​
